We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice may subject you to be charged 50% of the service cost. No-show appointments could result in a full charge for the scheduled service. Repeated offenses will require a full deposit upon future scheduling. Please get in touch with us if you have an emergency and cannot make your scheduled appointment time.
