Shipping policy

 

All products are delivered to the United States and frequently delivered within 1-7 business days (Mon-Fri) via UPS.

TRANSIT & ORDER HANDLING:

  • Processing time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit time: 1-5 Business Days (Mon-Fri) Standard Shipping

*In case of delay for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.*

SHIPPING RATES: 

  • All orders under $99 will have a shipping and handling cost of $8.
  • FREE Shipping On Orders $99+.

TRACKING: 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
  • When your order has shipped, you will get an email from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available. 
  • Please make sure, the email you provided is accurate and correct, or you will not receive the notification.

Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered 'shipped' therefore we are unable to cancel or refund. Any orders that have shipped would then fall under the Return Shipping Policy below. 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

In the event of a packing error by our team, Hyde Salon will cover any return shipping cost. 

Any other returns, please feel free to reach out to support@hydesalons.com to speak to a representative in regards to your return shipping options. 

 Hyde Salon will be happy to pass along our shipping rates for returns to our customers. Shipping rates would then be deducted from total refunded amount

**Please note, shipping charges on original order are non-refundable**

If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Hyde Salon is NOT responsible for any items re-shipped outside of the US.

AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS

Hyde Salon cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are all 100% authentic. 

Our merchandising team strives to update product pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. If you happen to receive a product that looks slightly different than our website pictures, please note we are in the process of updating our images to the new packaging for said item. 

Sometimes due to shipping costs, Hyde Salon may ship two smaller packages totaling in equal or greater quantity. Our shipping department may also ship a larger size with more quantity as a bonus to our customers.

Some products may be shipped from different salon/warehouse locations resulting in longer shipping/handling times. 

**Multiple item orders may ship in multiple shipments.**

FRAUD POLICY

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Hyde Salon. We reserve the right to deny purchases or refunds for any suspicious activity.
